  He didn't fix my problem. He continued to try and up sell me on more services instead of trying to snake the line to try and clear it. I paid him to snake the line already. He didn't clear it. He wants me to pay him again for a second attempt? When I questioned the price and up sell he became hostile and threatened to take legal action against me. I paid him the remainder of what I owed him just to get him to leave my property immediately. Yelling at a plumber on my front lawn is not my ideal summer morning. I will not be using him again. His minimum is 3 times that of any other normal plumbing company. I should have checked his reviews on yelp. I would have never called him if I had. You should do so yourself. There are multiple Richards Rooter and Plumbing because he is trying to avoid all the negative reviews that are floating out there. Update: He called me and threatened to take legal action against me regarding this review. I also just had another plumber at my house 3 hours later and they were able to unclog the pipe within minutes and charged me a fraction of what Richard did. ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION Everything he said in his response below is exaggerated and blown way out of proportion.
